Location: This mission becomes available some time after the Pulling Favors Again optional mission. Just like in the case of the previous mission, you need to wait for a text message from Tonya, in which the woman asks you for help. Call her in order to discuss the details of the mission and the time of starting it.

Hook onto the back of the broken down car

Reach the police parking lot, get into the Towtruck and drive towards the broken down car. Note that the game displayed a timer, but 5 minutes is enough time to reach the destination. I recommend that you use Franklin's special skill along the way, to be able to enter sharp turns without the necessity to slow down. After you reach the broken car, wait for its owner to get into the truck. I recommend that you hook the crane to the rear part of the car, thanks to which you will not have to turn the truck around on your way back to the car garage (it is located Eastwards of here). Leave the car on the square in front of the car garage and listen to the conversation with Tonya.

Rewards for the completion of the mission: none

Requirements for the completion of the mission in 100%:

• Time - You need to complete this mission within 6 minutes. I recommend that you call Tonya only after you get near the police parking lot to cut down the time that you need to reach the Towtruck.
• Unhook Bonus - You cannot allow the car that you are towing to unhook by accident, up until you reach the car garage.
