Before reaching the shrine, you will unlock Recall, an ability that allows you to rewind time. You can use it on all moving objects. It is worth noting, however, that the time rewind only works for a few seconds.
Use Recall on the passing raft and when it starts to move backwards, get on it and then jump to the other shore.
Repeat this with the next raft that falls down the waterfall. Once you're at the top, jump to the ground.
How to open the chest in Nachoyah Shrine?
Use Recall on the water wheel to make it spin the other way. Get on the water wheel and wait for it to take you up. Open the chest and take out 10 arrows.
How to solve the clock puzzle in Nachoyah Shrine?
The altar is behind the gate with the hands moving counter-clockwise. The gate will be open when the two hands of the clock touch each other.
Wait until both hands of the clock are in the same position and activate Recall. Grab one of the clock hands and turn back time so that the hand starts moving in the opposite direction.
Run quickly through the open gate and approach the altar. When you receive the Light of Blessing, leave the shrine.
