Odin's Ravens are a type of collectible appearing in GoW Ragnarok. Thanks to our guide, you'll learn how to locate Odin's Ravens and how to complete The Eyes of Odin favor, which involves finding all 48 of ravens.
What are the Odin's Ravens?
Odin's Ravens, as in the previous installment of the game, are spectral birds residing in each land. There are as many as 48 Odin's Ravens to find and exterminate in the game. The developers of GoW Ragnarok decided to make it easier for us this time - the ravens are now more visible, and their color often strongly distinguishes them from their surroundings. Ravens, in particular, can be easily spotted in dark rooms, as their light green color contrasts strongly with the shades of walls, rocks and other objects.
As soon as you hunt the first raven, the Eyes of Odin favor will be activated. From now on, you can view how many birds there are in a particular region.
Nevertheless, information on collectibles may sometimes be unavailable during certain story quests. You can always return to a particular region once you get access to fast travel and view where the ravens are hiding. All Odin's Ravens locations can be viewed in the Secrets and Collectibles chapter of our guide.
How to locate Odin's Ravens?
Odin's ravens make a distinctive sound, so when you explore an area for them, listen well to all noises. You can adjust sound options in the main menu, so you'll hear the cawing more easily.
Some ravens stay in one area, and these are the easiest ones to find and kill. Others may be circling the sky or hiding behind a obstacle. In this case, you must aim at the bird at the right moment or use some object in the environment to shoot it down.
You can use any weapon Kratos is equipped with to hunt down the ravens, but the easiest way is to shoot them down with the axe or spear. Remember that companions cannot perform this action, so you're on your own.
