The Crimson Court DLC added many new things to the Darkest Dungeon game - regular and boss enemies, additional quirks and diseases, a completely new area and more trinkets. What's more, there are now set trinkets for every class, offering new and more powerful benefits for heroes that have both of them equipped. There are 16 set trinkets, 1 for each of the 16 classes present in the game. Finding them is quite difficult, as they are a rare drop from enemies (and a little more common from bosses), but all of them are worth the effort. All trinkets increase the effectiveness of each hero, boosting their class-related abilities - Bleed chance and damage for Hellion, damage from Marks for Bounty Hunter and so on.
The best method to farm set trinkets is to repeat the quest requiring you to kill the Garden Guardian boss. It unlocks after killing the three main bosses of the DLC - the Baron, the Viscount and the Countess. You will receive 2 set trinkets (they don't have to be from the same set) for completing the run - one for killing the boss (as a drop) and one for completing the objective. The quest can be repeated unlimited amount of times, allowing you to quickly acquire all the set trinkets.
Note - you can only acquire one copy of each set trinket. Once you've collected all of them, enemies that normally drop set trinkets (such as the mentioned Garden Guardian) will drop regular (of different quality) ones instead.
