The last chest from this region is in a cave called Horklump Hollow , which you will discover and explore during the A Friend in Deed side quest.
Follow the linear path and jump to the other side near the wall with torches. Remove the boards on the left with Accio and jump down.
Turn around and go through a narrow passage. The chest is on the table on the left side of the chamber.
