Mission 63 - Cleaning Out the Bureau general information

Way to unlock: You need to complete Main mission 61 (Fresh Meat). You can now visit the clothes factory, where there is Lester (letter L on the world map).

Playable characters: Michael

Additional information: This mission plays the role of preliminary preparations for the infiltration of the Agency's building, whose aim is to determine if there is an internal investigation against Michael's friends from the FIB, and what kind of evidence material was gathered. Fortunately, this mission is not too difficult and it assumes identifying and following one of the janitors, to obtain his name tag and boiler suit.

The region of the FIB parking lot

This mission's starting point is the clothes factory, which you have already visited while preparing for the jewel store heist and which is located in the La Mesa district. After you get there, watch a cutscene of the meeting with Steve and Dave. Exit the building and get into the car. Wait for Lester to join you and drive towards the FIB skyscraper located to the West of here. Stop the car near the driveway to the multi-storey parking lot.

Your task is to identify the car belonging to the janitor, and its plate number is 83QSL722. Check thoroughly all of the cars leaving the garage, by pressing, each time, and holding down the movie camera button. The janitor's car is the red sedan car shown in the above screenshot.

Keep within a safe distance from the car you follow

Start following the car. While playing this part of the mission, you need to remember to keep a safe distance from the janitor's car. If his car happens to stop for the red light, you should also stop your car at the curb. Do not worry if your view of the car becomes obstructed by the other cars, because you will be able to track the janitor's car on your radar anyways.

Wait for the janitor to enter his apartment and join him

The part where you follow the car draws to an end after it reaches a building, where the janitor's apartment is, and it's the West Vinewood. Park your car in the spot where Lester tells you to and start following the man on foot, while still keeping the safe distance. Wait for the man to enter his apartment on the upper floor and join him. After you watch the cutscene of the obtaining of the janitor's name tag and clothes, return to Lester. Return to the factory and go to the office on the upper floor.

Rewards and challenges in mission 63 - Cleaning Out the Bureau

Rewards for the completion of the mission: none

Requirements for the completion of the mission in 100%:

1. Eagle Eye - You need to zoom in (the movie camera) on all cars leaving the FIB's headquarters' parking lot.
2. He Missed a Spot - While following the car, you cannot be detected by the janitor. Keep a safe distance and use the radar.
3. Time - You need to complete this mission within 9 minutes.
