Aiming
In Red Dead Redemption 2 you can set aim assist separately for on-foot and mount riding. In addition, there is an option to switch types of ammunition automatically. The degree of aim-assist can be freely reduced/increased by sliding a movable bar.
Accessibility features
A major accessibility option is the ability to toggle running, as running both on foot and horse gallop requires you to hold the button. For those who find this option tiring or impossible to do, there is an accessibility feature where you can set running and tap actions to toggle.
Interface settings
You can customize interface in the screen settings. Among the options, you can influence what icons appear on the screen, the appearance of subtitles, character statistics, crosshair, hints, names of locations, etc.
