This page of our guide to Hogwarts Legacy explains is it possible to visit a barber and can you change your character's face. This can be helpful if you'd like to change your initial choices made in the character creator at the start of the game.

Playable character's original appearance - character creator
You can decide upon your character's appearance right after starting the game for the first time - this triggers the character creator, its most important features described in the Character development chapter on a separate page.
Try to carefully think over your character's appearance (not counting the clothes, which can be changed freely and often), as most of your appearance is permanent and unchangeable.
Changing your face and hairstyle during the game
During the campaign proper you can freely adjust your character's clothes (such as robes, headwear or gloves), though unfortunately you won't find the character creator in the options menu. The only things you can change are your hairstyle and specific facial features.
To make those changes you must visit Madam Snelling's Tress Emporium at Hogsmeade. The location first becomes available during the Welcome to Hogsmeade main quest, but you can freely return there later on in the game as well.
The available options there are:
- changing your hairstyle and hair color;
- adding small face details, like freckles or scars;
- changing your eyebrows (shape and color) and your eye color.
Each change costs you gold, although it's not a large fee (around 20).
