Availability: Franklin

Location: You need to talk to Tonya and you can meet her at the opposite side of the street from Franklin's house (the above screenshot). Approach her to initiate the conversation and start this optional mission.

The Towtruck

Return to your vehicle (or obtain some means of transport), wait for Tonya to join you and go towards a police parking lot East of Franklin's house. Drive up to one of the parking lot's gates, wait for it to open, drive inside and get out of the car. Approach the Towtruck and get into it. .

Stop the truck in back to front, or back to back with the car and use the tow hook

Your task is to tow away the abandoned car to the police parking lot. After you reach the car's location position yourself back to front or back to back with the car. Lower the crane (using the left analog stick) and rev up to the car and hook it. Lift the crane arm and, only then, drive towards the parking lot. On your way back, you should not be performing any violent maneuvers, so as not to lose the car that you are towing by accident. After you make it back to the parking lot, stop near the circle marked by the game and unhook the car wreck, which will allow you to complete this simple mission.

Rewards for the completion of the mission:

• New contact to Franklin's contact list added: Tonya

Requirements for the completion of the mission in 100%:

• Time - you need to complete this mission within 5 minutes. Try, from the very beginning of this mission, to have a fast car with you, and reach the abandoned car as quickly as possible, further in the mission.
• Unhook Bonus - you cannot let the car unhook by accident, until the moment that you reach the police parking lot.
